How to Participate

 

Step 1: Sign up to participate
1. Enrol online
  • Please click here to enrol online.
  • Please click the link in the confirmation email to register for a personal online Fundraising Page.

2. Download the registration form
  • Please download the registration form here and submit the completed form with the payment details by post or fax.
  • Please mark your name and the event title Christian Action "HKBH Ambulatory Medical Centre 3-Legged Charity Walk" at the back of the cheque / payment slip.
  • Please DO NOT send cash by post.
  • The confirmation email with details of fundraising page registration will be sent to you within 5 working days upon the receipt of your registration form.

Step 2: Share the Event

1. Keep giving to low income families in Hong Kong and orphans and children with disabilities in Qinghai. Invite your friends and families to sponsor you for the event!
2. A tax-deductive receipt will be issued for donations over HK$100 or above.
3. Sponsorship can be made via the online fundraising page or through submitting the sponsorship form.



Step 3: Collect Donations

1. Each participant is entitled to an online fundraising page which can be shared via email / Facebook / WhatsApp for sponsorship invitation. To set up a fundraising page, please find the set-up link and login details in the confirmation email.

2. Download Sponsorship Form

  • Download the sponsorship form here and submit the completed form with all donations to Christian Action before the following deadlines:

Deadline to compete Highest Fundraising Amount Award
22.3.20211

Deadline to remit all donations raised
31.3.2021

  • Please DO NOT send cash by post.

1 The cut-off date for the Highest Fundraising Amount Award will be on 22 Mar 2021. Please complete all the donations on or before that date for calculation. The prize presentation ceremony will be held on 26 Mar (Friday) at the headquarters of Christian Action in Choi Wan.
