Hong Kong Church Network for the Poor (HKCNP) hosted the “HKCNP 10th Anniversary, Appreciation and Vision Sharing Conference” in early 9 March 2013. Christian Action, as a partner organization of HKCNP, shared the achievements over the last decade at the conference.

Mr. Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare Department, Rev. Chung Ka-lok, Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union, Rev. Eric So Shing-yit, Vice Chairperson of the Hong Kong Christian Council and Rev. Luk Fai, Chairman of the Hong Kong Church Renewal Movement attended the ceremony as the Guests of Honor. Apart from Christian Action, other supporting organizations includes Jubilee Ministries, The Industrial Evangelistic Fellowship, Cedar Fund, The Urban Peacemaker Evangelistic Fellowship, Mission to New Arrivals, The Truth & Light Society, and the Network for Health & Welfare Studies of Department of Social Science of Hong Kong Polytechnic University who came and shared the appreciation and happiness of the work of HKCNP.

Mrs. Cheung-Ang Siew Mei, Executive Director of Christian Action expressed the heartfelt appreciation for all the support from HKCNP. She also invited churches of Hong Kong to be the partner of the network and let’s join hands to serve more needy in Hong Kong.
