Praise God for granting one of our clients a fair judgment at the Labour Tribunal, who is acquitted of all charges against her, gets her compensation and returns home for family reunion. Pray that she will share with others how God walked with her through her suffering.

Advisors from Community Chest came for an agency monitoring visit at our New Arrival Services Centre in Sheung Shui last month.  They were impressed by our services for the needy and deprived as we follow the example of Jesus to serve. They asked us to duplicate this valuable service at our other centre.

Thank God for connecting an international cosmetic company with CA to hold a make-up workshop for women who have completed job training through Christian Action. This workshop provides an opportunity to enhance their self esteem and equip them for the workplace.

Our Social Enterprise Division is giving a presentation at Lingnan University about CA’s Green Collection Programme today. Pray that those attending will catch the vision and join CA to help marginalized people in Hong Kong. 10

Please continue to pray for the success of Christian Action United Kingdom’s (CAUK) Christmas advertising campaign, that an ever increasing number of people will sign up to our Director’s Blog, and to learn more about our programmes in China. May UK be a strong source of funding for our orphans on the Tibetan Plateau. 30

Please pray for Christian Action as we prepare a youth community project launching in January 2013. The project which involves collaboration with several partners aims to promote and support the upward socio-economic mobility of youth.
