Project Management
- Assist the Digital Project Manager to provide thought leadership and innovative digital/ technology solutions to the Learning Experience delivery that aligned with Training/IT strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the key Training / IT / Learning / Funding Source stakeholders to ensure the alignment on learning and training requirements and to understand the holistic service clients’ experience, with adherence to Training / IT principles, overall strategy and the governance in driving digital learning projects.
- Pro-actively seek new and innovative digital technology relevant to the learning experience, and in line with the Training / IT strategy.
Fund Raising and Management
- Assist in the development / management of new digital learning / fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare fundraising campaign materials including but not limited to prospect plans, statistical summaries, press documents and presentation, as well as records and reports for administrative and regulatory purposes.
Communication and Administrative Supports
- Carry out effective engagement strategies through different communication channels including direct dialogue, eDMs, digital and social media platforms.
- Provide support to the other programs in the division and perform any other duties as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Training, Business Management or related field;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in learning deployment and operation, preferably in sizable professional services firms or MNCs;
- Solid understanding of digital and mobile technology, preferably related to digital learning systems/ tools;
- A self-starter and able to work independently, a good team player, multi- tasking, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks;
- Good research skills, attentive to details, mature self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Sound written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills;
- Good PowerPoint and excel skills;
- Creative and open-minded, open to try new things;
- Immediately available is preferred;
- Applicant with more experience will be considered as senior position.
