Responsibilities
  • Supervising and overseeing Full-time and Part-time Ambassador and Programme Officer; 
  • Overseeing and ensuring smooth operation of services
  • Analyzing the data of Ethnic Minority youth
  • Staff Recruitment
  • Providing support for Ambassador
  • Community networking
  • Conducting case work
  • Participating in related district programmes
  • Promoting access to services (offered by the Home Affair Department/ related government departments/ non-governmental organizations)
  • Handling enquiry and complaint
  • Making referrals to Government departments for specific follow –ups
Requirements
  • Registered Social Worker
  • Associate Degree with 4 years’ experience or Bachelor degree with 2 years’ experience
  • Experience in working with ethnic minorities, outreach setting, service in-charge is preferable
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in South Asian language is an advantage;
  • Need to work on shifts, night duties, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays;
  • Working location: Mong Kok
