- Supervising and overseeing Full-time and Part-time Ambassador and Programme Officer;
- Overseeing and ensuring smooth operation of services

- Handling enquiry and complaint
- Making referrals to Government departments for specific follow –ups
- Registered Social Worker
- Associate Degree with 4 years’ experience or Bachelor degree with 2 years’ experience
- Experience in working with ethnic minorities, outreach setting, service in-charge is preferable
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in South Asian language is an advantage;
- Need to work on shifts, night duties, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays;
- Working location: Mong Kok
