Notes for Registration

1. Registration deadline for “3-Legged Charity Walk 2023” (hereinafter referred to as “the event”) is 5th May 2023. Late registrations will not be accepted.
2. Please send the payment of minimum donation by cheque / credit card information / bank transfer receipt / payment receipt with name of participant(s) and participant reference numbers (if applicable) to Christian Action via mail. Please mark “3-Legged Charity Walk 2023” on the envelope. Or make an e-payment through the fundraising page.
3. Participants must complete the payment of minimum donation amount on or before 5th May 2023 at 11:59 pm to ensure their participation eligibility. Places are limited on first-come, first-served basis (based on earliest payment of minimum donation amount).
4. After registration is successfully completed, the system will automatically send a confirmation e-mail to main contact person. If no e-mail has been received within 7 days, please contact the organizer.
5. Participants under the age of 15 years, must obtain a signed consent and disclamation from their parents or guardians in order to participate in the event. Family Pairs / Corporate Team / School Team must be led by a team-leader who is at least 18 years-of-age.
6. No registration on event day.
7. Donation will NOT be refunded if participants withdraw their registration from the event under any circumstances.
8. The event will NOT be re-organized if it is cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances. All donations will NOT be refunded.
9. The donation will NOT be refunded for absence, or disqualification due to any violation.
10. All participants on designated event route are covered by Event Accident Insurance on 13th May 2023. Participants are encouraged to purchase Personal accident / casualty insurance and property insurance if considered necessary.
11. The Organizer shall have the absolute discretion to use any photographs and recordings taken during the event for any purpose, including commercial advertising.
12. All personal data will only be used for the registration of the event and will remain strictly confidential.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application.
14. The Organizer reserves the right to make any final decisions concerning this event without further notice. Any changes or news will be issued on the organizer’s website.
15. Each participant will receive a Walker's Goody Bag valued at approximately HK$300 FREE
