職責
  1. To assist in course promotion of ERB courses, especially Ethnic Minority Course (EM)

  2. To perform various kinds of course administration duties of ERB programmes, including Chinese and EM Courses

  3. To use computer tools to complete work tasks, including data entry

  4. To invigilate the assessments and exams

  5. To provide customer service at reception counter, such as course enquires, enrolment, tuition fee and other enquiries

  6. To assist in handling Online Learning Platform and e-attendance

  7. To provide administration support in other off-site centres when necessary

  8. Any ad hoc duties as required

要求
  • Diploma or F.5 above

  • Minimum 2 years'  relevant experience is preferred

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English

  • Fluent in EM languages, including Urdu and/or Hindi

  • Good personality and communication skills

  • Proactive, customer-oriented and responsible, with the ability to work independently and hard-working

  • Able to work under pressure and be a good team player

  • Working location: Jordan

  • Working hour: 5 days work per week from Mon-Sat; night shift and Saturday shift duty are required subject to roster arrangement)
