職責
  • Act as a frontline client advisor to migrant workers;
  • Conduct face to face interviews, phone contacts and other possible means to provide information and advices in relation to dismissal, under and non - payment, wages in lieu of notice, holiday pay, physical, mental and sexual abuse etc.;
  • Handle labour claim process, including drafting defense statements and claims for migrant workers;
  • Study and analyses legal documents; liaise with judiciary, police, immigration Department, and lawyers regarding clients’ cases;
  • Escort service users to employment tribunal, Labour Department, law firms, hospitals and conciliation meetings;
  • Keep abreast of related legislations and Ordinance;
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

 

  • 作為當事人之前線諮詢員;
  • 通過面談、電話或其他渠道向求助者提供有關僱傭條例及遭受不平等對待資料及建議;
  • 處理勞資糾紛案件,包括為當事人草擬答辯陳述書及索償書;
  • 須閱讀及分析法律文件; 就當事人案件與司法機構、警方、入境處及律師聯絡;
  • 須熟知最新相關之勞工條例及法例;
  • 陪伴當事人到勞資審裁處、勞工處、律師事務所、醫院及出席調解會議;
  • 執行主管要求的任何臨時職責。
要求
  • F 5 or above;
  • Able to read, write and speak Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in social service setting preferred;
  • Patient, willing to learn, hardworking and team work;
  • Knowledge in HK Labour Law and Indonesian Labour law an advantage;
  • Flexible working hours.

 

  • 中五或以上程度;
  • 能書寫、閱讀及操流利印尼語及英語;
  • 有兩年或以上社區服務經驗者優先;
  • 有耐性、願意學習、勤力及團隊合作;
  • 熟悉香港及印尼勞工法例者更好佳;
  • 須在非辦公時間內工作。
