職責
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis on corporate training and course development
  • Prepare and update teaching materials to enhance the overall customer learning experience
  • Manage and support the training programs and activities through various methods, such as online, face-to-face classroom training, workshops and seminars
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to participate in the preparation and implementation of corporate training programs and self-financed training courses
  • Working schedule: Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm, any 5 or 5.5 days per alternate week (40 or 44 working hours per alternate week), on roster basis
  • Working location: Choi Wan
  • Occasional travel to other centers and training venue / camp site is required
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
要求
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Education / Training / Social Work / HR / Business Administration / Sociology or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in training administration, coordination, or support
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the training or learning and development field is an advantage
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to learn
