  • Deliver course application screening, job searching and soft skill training to service users of Manpower Development Scheme (MDS)
  • Provide career guidance and counseling services to job seekers.
  • Organize activities and programs to enhance the employability of job seekers.
  • Submit statistics, reports and provide administrative support.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

  • 籌辦活動及計劃加強求職者就業能力
  • 統計數據、編制報告及行政支援等工作
  • 執行主管要求的職責
  • Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Social Science, Sociology, Psychology or Business Management.
  • 3 years working experiences in Career Counseling, Social Work, Business Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service or Training in which with supervisory or training role for 1 year.
  • Fresh graduate will be consider.
  • People oriented, self-motivated, good teamwork player with strong sense of mission.
  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.


  • 具人力資源、人類學、社會工作、社會科學、社會學、心理學、工商管理或相關學科的學位或以上
  • 具3年在職業輔導、社會工作、工商管理、人力資源、顧客服務或培訓方面的經驗,當中包括不少於1年管理經驗
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生申請
  • 以人為本、主動、良好團隊合作及有使命感
  • 熟悉勞工法例及良好的溝通和人際關係技巧
