Responsibilities
  • Carry out monthly donor recruitment programs either outdoor or indoor on a daily basis by the means of Direct Dialogues (DD);
  • Provide support to the DD team on administrative tasks including dealing with enquiries  via postal, telephone and email;
  • Tele-market lapsed monthly donors for reactivation, convert one-off donors to monthly donors, and possible cold calls;
  • Support the Manager to carry out data selections for internal and external campaigns, recording contact histories and campaign links;
  • Follow up with potential donors/donors, ensure their database is accurate and updated.  Maintain donors' database in our system and update contact lists;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
  • F.7 or above;
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships;
  • Responsible, well-organized and ability to work independently; 
  • Target orienated and enjoy outdoor work;
  • Ability to manage a varied and busy workload to sometimes tight deadline;
  • Street fundraising/ tele marketing experience and immediately available an advantage;
  • Comply with disease prevention measures of employer (get vaccinated).
