  • Take a lead on developing, implementing, and monitoring humanitarian education projects for refugees;
  • Organize projects in accordance with donor’s requirements and as agreed in funding proposals;
  • Ensure high quality delivery of services by recruiting experienced tutor and on-going support of volunteers to run educational projects;
  • Assist management with reporting, budget projects, project development, and identifying alternative sources of funding to run projects;
  • Administer refugee child education projects which includes liaising with parents and relevant partners, disbursing funds to parents, and working with caseworkers to monitor and report on the well-being of refugee children;
  • Offer administrative support to the Centre.



  • 主動發展、推行及管理難民教育項目;
  • 根據捐贈者及資助計劃之要求舉辦活動;
  • 聘請經驗導師及持續支持義工推行教育項目以確保能提供高質素服務;
  • 協助中心主管準備報告、項目預算、項目發展及發掘其他資助以繼續推行項目;
  • 管理難民兒童教育項目,包括聯繫家長及合作伙伴、向家長派發資助及與個案工作員合作去管理難民兒童身心健康;
  • 為中心行政工作提供支援.
  • Degree in Finance, Administration, Education or related discipline;
  • 1 year of working experience with marginalized and vulnerable populations preferably; experience in working with refugees is a plus;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese(included spoken Cantonese) with proficiency in other language is a plus;
  • Able to use online data management systems;
  • Culturally sensitive and empathetic. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • 具金融、行政、教育或相關學科的學位或以上;
  • 1年工作經驗於被邊緣化及弱勢社群中服務,有難民服務經驗者優先;
  • 能操流利英語及中文(包括廣東話), 如懂其他外語者優先;
  • 能使用線上數據管理系統;
  • 對不同文化敏感度高. 良好溝通能力,組織力及人際關係.
