Responsibilities
  1. Handle daily administration work and support the training services to our corporate clients, including venue sourcing and coordination with the external parties for related set up, training materials preparation and venue clean up, etc
  2. Maintain the stock control and housekeeping of training equipment / props
  3. Liaise with the trainers on the training schedules
  4. Prepare the reports e.g. training reports, expenses report, etc
  5. Working hour : Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm, any 5 or 5.5 days per alternate week (40 or 44 working hours per alternate week), on roster basis
  6. Working location: Choi Wan
  7. Occasional travel to other centers and training venue / camp site is required
  8. Any ad hoc duties as required.  
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in any discipline; preferably in Sports, Social Services, Leisure Management or any program planning related fields
  • Minimum 1 year working experience preferable in the field of social services, education, training and development
  • With experience as program team leader will be a plus
  • Holder of First Aid certificate and/or Adventure program certificate would be an advantage
  • Detailed-mind, responsible, well organized and can work independently
  • Good commend of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
