• Responsible for the overall operation of the Accounts Receivable
• Co-ordinate with colleagues in issuing debit notes and invoices
• Collect payment, clear and reconcile accounts receivable entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
• Review AR aging report and follow up on all outstanding items
• Any ad hoc duties as required

• Diploma or above in Accounting Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Responsible, detailed oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently with integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Experience in NGO industry is a definite advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
