Responsibilities
  • CATS Website Backend checking including approved of registration of new employers and job vacancies
  • Search and study new job vacancies in the job market
  • Answer incoming enquiries from employers/clients
  • Develop and expand networks with corporations and potential corporations specifically for new ERB courses
  • Liaise with CA Trade Advisory Committee Members to assist for site visit for internal staff and ERB retrainees
  • Invite new employers to create online account and upload job vacancies
  • Assist in arranging in-class recruitment, job fair, workshops and other events
  • Manage the inventory of sponsorship/ souvenirs
  • Conduct online spy every week
  • Conduct monthly report of CAERB total job vacancies
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Well-organized and self-motivated
  • Good command in spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
