Responsibilities
  • Provide placement services to general and special service groups
  • Manage and develop the employer service to support different program needs
  • Manage and supervise funding projects and the operation of programmes
  • Conduct and deliver training courses related to the placement service and career development
  • Provide career development consultation service
  • Provide administrative support to department
  • Conduct ERB course admission screening
  • Attend assigned meeting and work with different departments
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Holder or above in Education / Training / Social Work / Counseling / Psychology / HR / Business administration / Sociology or related disciplines
  • 5 year's or more related experience in field of customer services, training, counselling, social services, business administration or human resources preferable
  • 3 years or above supervision experience in the related field
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance and Job Markets is an advantage
  • Good at Cantonese and English, simple at Putonghua
  • Fair at Word, Excel, Chinese Typing,  Powerpoint
