Responsibilities
  • Ensure the IT related training courses being delivered smoothly and effectively under our Digital Learning Centre.
  • Provide on-site training support which includes coordination with trainers, arrange training facilities and materials.
  • Communicate with and support students in learning and job searching.
  • Perform course promotion, recruit and select eligible participants.
  • Liaise closely with external and internal work partners.
  • Plan and monitor the programme progress and budget.
  • Ensure the performance standard being met.
  • Compile programme statistics and reports.
  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Shift duty is required.
  • Working location: Choi Wan
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science, Data Science or other relevant discipline.
  • Over 3 years of IT working experience.
  • Proven administration and project management experience.
  • Computer literacy in Data Engineering and Web Development: Language/Tools/Applications including Python, Java, SQL etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizing, planning and problem solving ability.
  • Passion in providing service to deprived people.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
