Responsibilities
  • Explore new market opportunities, formulate training proposals and develop new programmes
  • Assist in updating and developing course curriculum, learning and assessment materials
  • Assist in purchasing equipment / training facilities / tools for new programmes
  • Monitor / review the course development mechanism
  • Hold the Programme Development Team Meeting / course development meetings
  • Attend the Programme Committee Meeting / Course Leader Meeting / course review meeting
  • Administer the CSD trainings
  • Set course schedules, book teaching venues and assign instructor for ERB training courses
  • Compile the monthly breakdown of non-ERB courses
  • Assist in designing and implementing quality assurance mechanism
  • Invigilate examinations, if necessary
  • Working location: Choi Wan
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years working experience in education or training; or Non-bachelor degree holder must have minimum 8 years relevant working experience
  • Have solid experience in course development and knowledge in quality assurance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and IT skills
  • Independent, creative, flexible, considerate, polite
