Mrs. Wong’s family (not real name) of six lives in a subdivided flat in Sham Shui Po. They are service users of Christian Action’s “Emergency Food  Program” and “After-school Care Service”.

Her daughter Ping Ping (not real name), studies in primary school and goes to our Mongkok Service Centre to participate in the After-School child-care service, by walking 40mins from her home to the centre.

Ping Ping and her mother were grateful to receive the CNY Blessings Bag, as they cannot usually afford to eat mushrooms; Ping hoped that her mother could cook mushrooms during the Chinese New Year and that the whole family could have a special dinner together.
